Terms of service
These terms cover your use of PaystubLine, operated by PaystubLine Limited. By buying a stub or a plan you agree to them.
What you get
Pay stubs and tax forms generated from the information you enter, delivered as PDFs, with a verification code for each stub.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the figures you enter reflect wages actually paid, and that you have the right to issue records for the employer named. You remain responsible for payroll tax deposits, filings and compliance with wage statement laws in your state.
Estimates
Tax figures are estimates based on published 2026 tables and the rates you set. Check them against your payroll records. PaystubLine is not a tax adviser.
Refunds and corrections
Corrections are free for 30 days after purchase. If a figure was wrong because of our calculation, we refund the order in full. Other refund requests are handled case by case within 30 days.
Refusal
We may refuse or cancel orders that appear to create false income records, and refund them.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
