Switching mid-year? Your next stub is free.
Bring the YTD totals from your last stub, wherever you made it. Enter them on your first PaystubLine stub and tick I'm switching at checkout. After that it's $3.99 a stub, or $29 for the rest of the year.
How it works
- Open the generator and enter the employer and employee as usual.
- Set the first pay date and fill in this period's pay.
- Compare the YTD column with your previous payroll records. If they differ because the employee started mid-year or had a raise or bonus, don't change any period's pay to force a match; email support with the real year-to-date totals and we'll carry them over exactly.
- Tick "I'm switching" at checkout and pick where you came from. One free stub per employer, on an order of two or more.
What changes for you
- You pay $3.99 a stub with every line included, or $29 for the rest of the year.
- Every stub is checked before you pay and carries a verification code.
- Your W-2 in January comes from the same records, so the boxes match.
