Privacy policy
PaystubLine collects only what it needs to make, deliver and verify your pay stubs. We don't sell personal data.
What we collect
- Your email address, to deliver PDFs and receipts.
- The employer and employee details and figures you enter, to produce and verify the stubs. Only the last four digits of an SSN.
- Payment status from our card processor. We never see full card numbers.
- Basic, cookie-free usage statistics.
Verification
When someone checks a verification code, they see the company name, the employee's initials, the pay date and net pay. Nothing else.
Retention
Orders are kept for 4 years so stubs stay verifiable and you can download them again. Ask and we'll delete earlier.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion at [email protected]. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have these rights by law; we extend them to everyone.
